Account Manager

Responsibilities:

(1) Client service – to deliver consultancy and actionable insights to clients through issue based and on-going day to day servicing.

(2) Account management – to develop a portfolio of clients to ensure long term relationship and sustained revenue growth

(3) Guides junior team members on presentation preparation, appropriate analysis and developing consumer insights.

(4) Maintains a key focus on team members by assessing their contribution and to identify strength and weakness to develop a mutually beneficial career path

Account Executive

Responsibilities:

(1) Client service – to deliver consultancy and actionable insights to clients through issue based and on-going day to day servicing.

(2) Account management – to support Account Manager in client relationship and revenue growth
