In short term, Urban market reaches the highest growth rate during the last 3 years while Rural market records a modest movement in growth.

FMCG Growth by Sector

Food sector (especially Packaged Foods in Urban and Dairy in Rural) is driving the market growth while Non-Food is struggling especially Home Care in Rural area.

Retail Landscape
