New laptop and tablet consumer panel in the UK
Kantar Worldpanel, the global expert in shoppers’ behaviour, is expanding its laptop and tablet consumer panel to measure purchase and usage trends in the UK. Already available in the US for a year, this panel delivers the latest industry insight on laptops and tablets; its first dataset will be available in April 2019.
The laptop and tablet consumer panel, which is part of Kantar Worldpanel ComTech, helps hardware manufacturers and service providers to better understand consumers’ purchase drivers and to improve users’ experiences. Its data provides them with a complete understanding of reasons to buy, usage, brand loyalty, satisfaction levels, purchase influencers and barriers and more.
Using the same sample of 20,000 panellists in the US and 12,000 in the UK over time Kantar Worldpanel can monitor shoppers’ purchase trends, loyalty and switching habits. It provides a comprehensive understanding of laptop and tablet devices in the context of the wider technology landscape as panellists also supply in-depth information about other consumer electronics and telecoms services such as smartphones and wearables.
