These days you very often see individuals drinking their coffee on the go, or groups of students chatting away in milk tea shops. This is called out of home (OOH) consumption.
As Vietnamese people go out more, we are seeing the increasing importance of the out-of-home market and many more opportunities for growth. With the emergence of new products and new concepts, there will be a fiercer battle to win those occasions. To win, we must better understand the profile, spending habits and preferences of each different consumer.
