Senior account executive
Purpose: To deliver excellent client service and consultancy by working on a partnership with clients and delivering meaningful and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Be responsible for an exciting client portfolio – mostly in FMCG sector.
- Prepare and deliver astute presentations with insights and recommendations that sharply meet the objectives of the brief and applicable to clients’ business/ marketing strategry.
- Initiate and build client relationship, manage daily client requests and anticipate client demands to proactively find solutions.
- Coordinate relevant training activities for clients to provide them with deep understanding of consumer behaviors.
- Assist Account Manager/ Client Service Director in identifying further opportunities within client portfolio to generate business revenue streams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/ Master degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Foreign Trade or Business Administration.
- 1-2 year working experience in related fields: Marketing, Consultancy or Client Service.
- FMCG expertise is a plus.Strong client servicing skills: professional and courteous in manner; willing to go the extra mile; dedicated to providing a good level of service and motivated to find solutions for problems.
- Good numerical and analytical skills which can be applied in a commercial context.
- Articulate and credible written and verbal communication skills, including excellent presentation and problem solving skills.
- Well organized with strong level of time management and the ability to manage and plan effectively the workload.
- Business-oriented, result-driven, and with passion to learn, to contribute and to develop.
