Account executive
Purpose: To service the client’s contract by responding to client data requests and by delivering insight and actionable consultancy.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Prepare presentations & recommendations to clients based on Kantar Worldpanel research results in order to help them with their marketing strategies.
- Initiate and build client relationship, manage daily client requests and anticipate client demands to proactively find solutions.
- Coordinate relevant training activities for clients to provide them with deep understanding of consumer behaviors.
- Assist Account Manager in identifying further opportunities within client portfolio to generate business revenue streams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Foreign Trade or Business Administration.
- Good client servicing skills: professional and courteous in manner; willing to go the extra mile; dedicated to providing a good level of service and motivated to find solutions for problems.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills which can be applied in a commercial context.
- Good command of computer skills.
- Articulate and credible written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation and problem solving skills.
- Well organized with strong level of time management and the ability to manage and plan effectively the workload.
- Business-oriented, result-driven, and with passion to learn, to contribute and to develop.
