What do we see so far?
FMCG spending remains at normal level in the week ending 12 September 2021.
Trip size gets smaller, probably as a result of stockpiling in previous weeks and out of stock of many products.
Dairy and Packaged Food cool down in the latest week while Personal Care and Beverages show early signals of recovery.
Online increases positively thanks to some restrictions lifted. As people are not allowed to go shopping in some areas in HCMC, the purchases made by government/military is up to 5% of FMCG value.
