ECONOMIC SITUATION – The recent lockdowns in Q3 softened economic recovery however, growth is anticipated as mobility starts to improve.
SHOPPING BEHAVIOR - Filipino homes reduced spending given the recent imposition of ECQ and rise of employment. However, we’re anticipating an uptick from improved mobility at the end of Q3.
CHANNEL LANDSCAPE - Homes continue to value Traditional Trade and proximity channels such as SSS, Market stalls, groceries, and CVS.
SPOTLIGHT –Most shoppers are still purchasing in online FMCG, mostly in personal care.
