Kantar Worldpanel as one of China’s Best Workplaces

Shanghai, China –Considering the tough times and difficult challenges that organizations and its leadership lived together with their employees due to COVID restrictions; being able to keep a great working culture, innovative teams, and profitable business, is a wonderful accomplishment. 

We’re proud to announce that Great Place to Work® has named Kantar Worldpanel, a CTR service China, as one of the ‘Best Workplaces in Greater China™ 2022’.

This year, Great Place to Work® surveyed more than 250 companies, out of which, 92 were awarded; representing more than 100,000 employees in Mainland of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. This survey assesses employees' perceptions of leadership, organizational culture and trust, and is decisive for being selected for the Best Workplaces™ in Greater China.

Under the For All™ methodology, companies are evaluated on how well they are creating an inclusive workplace experience for all employees, regardless of their background or position.

In the Trust Index© Survey to employees, 101,303 valid responses have been considered and collected which generated an average score of 89.3% for Greater China. In the Best Workplaces in Greater China™ indicated over 14% more employees shared the followings experiences in their workplaces. 

? Receiving special and unique benefits? and fair share of the profits made by the organization.

? Feeling that management hires people fit in the organization. 

? Feeling trusted by the management to do a good job without watching over shoulders.

? Feeling agile to quickly adapt to changes.

About the Best Workplaces in Greater China™ List

Since 2012, Great Place to Work® has identified the top organisations that create great workplaces in Greater China in which they operate through the publication of the the Best Workplaces™ in Greater China list.

The objective of publishing the list is to acknowledge organisations and Great Workplaces from diverse industries and sizes that deliver and establish great culture among the colleagues and associates, so as to sustain and enhance the competitive edge of the region.

To be considered eligible for the Best Workplaces™ in Greater China list, companies must score at least 70% in the overall result of the Trust Index© employee survey and must gain a satisfactory result in the Culture Audit© assessment.
