New report out: How to grow in today’s retail landscape
Search for the term “Omnichannel” in Google search and you will get more than 16 million results! We are increasingly talking about new retail emerging, and discussing Omnichannel strategies to meet consumers in every stage of their journey - without disruption. Globally, in 2018, 96% of FMCG growth took place outside hypermarkets and supermarkets, indeed, the growth has been driven by emerging formats such as e-commerce, discounters and new hybrid models.
